This Tier 2 work visa is intended for skilled applicants to migrate to the UK for employment. Eligibility

Application Cost

Types of Intra-company Transfer visa
- "The Intra-Company Transfer visa includes three distinct categories or types for eligible employees."
Long-term Staff
- This visa is for those transfers of more than 12 months into a role that can't be filled by a new UK hire.
- If they were to remunerate you with an annual income of 73,900 units of money, British pounds, the company may consider employing you without a requisite of having worked at 12 months.
Short-term Staff
- This visa permits transfer periods of up to 12 months for the filling of a role that cannot be filled by a new entrant to the UK labor market. One necessary condition prior to applying is continuous employment outside the UK with the same company that has been at least 12 months continuous.
Graduate Trainee
- This visa is to facilitate transfer of employees into graduate-training scheme(s) in specialized capacities. Applicants must be recent graduates with at least three months of work experience with their foreign employer.

Family members:
- Spouses and children under 18 years of age are considered family members.
